Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within the United States only.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier disruptions outside our control.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time. If you haven't received tracking info within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at tenacious.fulfilment@gmail.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.
